I dunno... this game just seems to get more and more boring every damned time I play it. It is not bad... it does not punish sequence breaking quite as much as Super Metroid (holy crap... if you do not solve a puzzle with the same InsaneTrollLogic as Super Metroid, you get hooped).

However--there is just no reward to it.

It... I dunno. I am just having issues justifying continuing along in it.

Hell, the plot is pretty much nonexistant even if I do continue along.

Sure sometimes when I meet a new enemy they surprise the crap out of me (and I can die)... but after that I usually have them pegged, and have no issues.

Also the weapon upgrades are expensive... so pretty much to get a decent set of equipment it is about grinding until I get enough money to pay for stuff.

Most of the enemy souls are lackluster and... eh...

It could have been much nicer.

It doesn't help that I'd have preferred it, if they took a page out of Super Mario Bros: Nightmare, or Kazou Mario World, with their level design. So I am mostly just jumping around kind of bored, without any kind of threat in the level.

Eh.... gonna lower the star rating on my page.
