“Ooh--this was something my doopleganger asked for in 2009, to help out with his PET Project/Net Navi.

That is, JTE was (and kind of still is) working on his own fan based version of the Megaman Battle Network games. To use as a simulator as well as an engine for original works.

Oneetan is not really that happy with the StarForce games--mostly liking the MMBN stuff.

In his fan project, one thing he kind of wants is well--original sprite work. This was a concept of the AC Program for JTE. Its counter part is the DC program.

These are not the Net Navi's BTW... these are mostly just programs that live around the network that are not quite as high class as the Navis. They probably had a fair amount of function before the Navis.

Much like how the Navis became silly to think about after the Wizards appeared in the StarForce series.
