“Drew this while I was bored and on my two week emergency vacation (do not ask).

This is a character from a role play I am working on. Doctor MacKealan. This image takes place from some time in my series' time line, after Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness.

At the time, Cipher is still grouped together--just under Grievil's son at this point. Who is a lot more ruthless than his father.

Dr. MacKealan is a head of Spectrum Labs, located in a Region north or Orre. Dr. MacKealan works with Team Snag'em who now operate as specialists in dealing with the various problems Cipher causes. Here you see her making use of a Snagger device she worked on, which plugs into the P*DA (with option to plug into the PokeGear).

As well--with how Cipher is working, and at the scale--the Snagger has now became an essential law enforcement device. Enough that Dr. MacKealan is working with the Ranger's Research department to increase its effectiveness--and add controls to make it less useful without serious modification (usually indicating they could have made their own Snagger anyways).”
